James has experience in both industry and public accounting with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Northeastern State University. In addition, he holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Chartered Global Management Accountant certificates. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has formally served as the Treasurer of the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s Board of Trustees and President of Community Health Connection’s Board of Directors, a local, community based federally qualified health center. His wife and three children love traveling and exploring the outdoors.
Kelly brings 10+ years of both industry and public accounting experience to W&M Consulting, LLC. His specialties include tax and consultation for multiple business sectors with an emphasis on oil and gas, construction and real estate. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Northeastern State University. He is also the President of the Board of Directors for Crossroads Clubhouse of Tulsa, a place for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness to gather and feel appreciated and continue working toward recovery and independence. He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
