W&M Consulting began in 2012 by providing tax services for friends and family. Since that time, we have steadily grown our business to include tax, accounting, and consulting services for individuals and businesses across different industries and even countries. We have also been a niche in services for Homeowner Associations, including management, bookkeeping, and taxes. Our experience allows us to assist you with pretty much any accounting need you may have.

About Us | James Weinacht, CPA

James Weinacht, CPA

Partner

James has experience in both industry and public accounting with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Northeastern State University. In addition, he holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Chartered Global Management Accountant certificates. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has formally served as the Treasurer of the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s Board of Trustees and President of Community Health Connection’s Board of Directors, a local, community-based federally qualified health center. His wife and three children love traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Kelly McKenzie

Partner

Kelly brings 10+ years of both industry and public accounting experience to W&M Consulting, LLC. His specialties include tax and consultation for multiple business sectors with an emphasis on oil and gas, construction, and real estate. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Northeastern State University. He is also the former President of the Board of Directors for Crossroads Clubhouse of Tulsa, a place for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness to gather and feel appreciated and continue working toward recovery and independence. He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
